Below is the complete step by step guide to view IMVU User's outfit even if they have hide it from public. Please do not clone or copy one's avatar because it is stupid. Just get an inspiration from it and make your own XD. It would also show you if they are wearing hidden products. This method would require you to be logged-in to imvu client from computer. you would also be in the same room as the person to look at their outfit.
Right click on anywhere in the room and then hit "VIEW PRODUCTS IN THIS SCENE".
A web-page will open in your browser, showing the outfits.Since, lots of people have made their Outfit hidden.
Add "-e" between "imvu" and ".com" in the link, that just opened and hit Enter.A new web-page will load showing the outfits in more organized way.
Click "Try on the Outfit" from there to try it on imvu shop.ENJOY!

Open "Word" or any text editor software. and paste the link there.
Or you can use this online text tool :text tool.Once paste the link, Use "Find & replace tool" to find "avatar" and replace it with "avatar22".
Add "-e" between "imvu" and ".com" in the link
Now Copy the new link and paste in your browser and hit enter.
